About the plant:
Monstera adansonii (Adanson's monstera plant) is a climbing plant from the arum family. It may be better known as Monstera monkey mask or monkey mask - just like monkeys, it likes to hang on poles. It comes from the tropical forests of Central and South America. Compared to Monstera deliciosa (magnificent), it is typical for its smaller height and smaller leaves, which is why it is suitable for smaller apartments and does not need as much space. It is a hanging plant and is most typically used as an ornamental plant.

The indoor monstera is characterized by its cut-out leaves. The Monkey Mask monstera creates oval holes on the leaves. In good conditions, this houseplant can grow to a height of 2.5 meters and is very long-lived with proper care.
